Meet Your Trainer – Quinn Tannar

Quinn has had a healthy obsession for learning about health and fitness ever since reading a little manga called Dragon Ball. When he started his journey he weighed a scrawny 145 lbs and had a limited knowledge. Didn’t even know what a deadlift was.
Through seven years of personal study he found the rules of health and fitness he was looking for to become his best self. As of February 2023, being 6′ tall, he weighs 170 lbs and sits at 12% body fat.
His journey is far from over though. Now he wants to take what he has learned to help people achieve their own fitness goals and become their best self.

Private Training

One on one personal training focusing on strength, bodyweight management, mobility, and recovery.

Open Monday-Thursday from 2pm-8pm

As of now only offering in person training in Nanaimo BC, Canada.

$50 for an hour long session.
